If you change your mind:
You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts when we enter into a contract with you and ends 14 days after you have taken possession of any goods we have supplied to you. In order to exercise your right to cancel you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. a phone call, letter by post or email.)
To meet the cancellation deadline you should let us know before the cancellation period has expired. If you want to put this in writing, this can be sent to the address or email above.
You are liable to bear the cost of returning the goods without undue delay from the date that you communicate you cancellation of the contract. We advise that you use a secure postage method with adequate insurance.
Goods must be returned in new condition in the original packaging with labels intact and still attached to the item together with details of your order number.
If for any reason you are not happy with you purchase and wish to exchange an item you have 14 days from your receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to do so.

Please check your order for any material or cosmetic defects before removing tags or labels and before use. We are unable to accept any claim for defects after tags or labeling has been removed except for perfomance failure /defects under warranty that have become apparent through use.
Where a claim for defect or damage is made and accepted you will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus return postage costs if the goods are in fact defective.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your contract we will reinburse you all that you have paid including standard delivery costs. If you choose an enhanced method of delivery this is not refundable. We may reduce any reinbursement to take account of the loss of value caused by delay in returning or handling by you.
We will make any reinbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the returned goods were received by us.
We will make the reinbursement using the same means of payment as used for the intial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of reinbursement.
