HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET FOR VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS

1. USE A RULER OR STEEL TAPE AND USE MM FOR GREATER ACCURACY
2. MEASURE THE LEGNTH OF YOUR FEET FROM THE BACK EDGE OF THE HEEL TO THE TIP OF THE LONGEST TOE (NOT ALWAYS THE BIG TOE)
3. MEASURE WHEN YOUR FEET ARE AT THEIR MAXIMUM VOLUME WHICH IS USUALLY AT THE END OF THE DAY OR AFTER A RUN
4. IF YOU INTEND WEARING TOE SOCKS, ALLOW A 1mm COMFORT ZONE ALL ROUND
5. FIVEFINGERS SHOULD FIT LIKE A GLOVE BUT SHOULD ALLOW EACH TOE TO LIE FLAT
